Shipping & Return Policy
Our shipping and return policy below applies to the entire GAYANA scarf collection. It does not apply to wholesale, custom made and corporate orders
Shop with confidence on gayanaus.com. We offer free ground shipping in the US on all orders over $100 and free shipping in countries other than the US on orders above $300. We provide high quality packaging to assure that your items arrive in perfect conditions.

For our U.S. Customers:
Shipping includes insurance and tracking number. Please note a customer’s signature is required on delivery.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes and that Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping.
For our International Customers (outside the U.S.A.):
All our featured scarves and scarf accessories are available unless specified in the product description page. We process shipments of your order within a few business hours and make every attempt to have your package delivered within 5-12 business days after it is shipped from the U.S.
For orders below $100 in the U.S. or $300 outside the U.S. standard shipping rates apply.
*Please also note that our prices DO NOT include any kind of non U.S. local taxes, VAT and Customs duties.
Returns are possible because we, at GAYANA, understand that purchasing a high-end scarf online is not easy! In spite of the efforts we make to feature all the details of our scarves with still, close up and lifestyle photos and descriptions, you might change your mind and decide to exchange your scarf or to return it. This is part of our total customer satisfaction and ethic code policy. However, we have to apply a number of conditions and restrictions detailed below, due to the delicate nature of the products we sell.
– Returns or exchanges are only accepted on fully priced scarves purchased on www.gayanaus.com provided that the scarves are in perfect condition and have not been used or damaged.
– SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF RETURNS FOR REFUNDS:
– If you decide to return your scarf / scarves for a refund, please first send us an email no later than 3 days after the original delivery received date, explaining the reasons of this return, by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
– All returned scarf / scarves for refund must be in perfect condition (meaning it / they have never been used or damaged) and must include, for each scarf, all original packaging.
– Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email or by phone if your return is eligible for refund.
– Please note GAYANA will not refund the cost of shipping (when applicable) and the return shipping costs. For customers outside the U.S.A., we will not either refund any local taxes, VAT and custom duties you might have paid.
– Please note GAYANA cannot be held responsible for returning shipments lost in transit.
– Please note that C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
